Skyrim Legendary Edition

I don’t think that the Elder Scroll series needs any introduction. That also applies for, Skyrim Legendary Edition of course. It’s one of the best games in the entire Elder Scroll game series. And it’s also revered both from the fans and critics alike. However, it’s always good to look back at some of the iconic games of the past. Isn’t it?

Skyrim Legendary Edition

What’s Skyrim Legendary Edition All About?

Developed and published by Bethesda Softworks, Skyrim Legendary Edition is about… You’ve guessed it Skyrim. The northernmost province of Tamriel and the main setting of the game. But the main story revolves around the player’s character. The Dragonborn. There’s also the quest to defeat Alduin the World-Eater. A dragon who is prophesied to destroy the world. An action-packed, open world RPG game with plenty of fun surprises along the way.

Does It Still Holds Up?

Yes, it does. Since it’s an incredible game, it will always hold up. Even though it’s a decade-old game, we might as well soon enough run it on our smart-fridges. The removal of the class system makes the game work much better for instance. But the art style and the graphics are also exceptionally good (don’t forget about the HD texture pack). But when it comes to the gameplay, dual-wield weapons and magic are nice welcomes here. Sure, there are some technical issues, but the intricate story makes up for the bugs and glitches.

Skyrim Legendary Edition

The story is great, and so is the open-world left for you to discover. And explore of course. There’s also something to do, and somewhere to be. Indeed, the nice attention to detail within the story is always welcome. But the story as a whole is what gets you every time. Oh, and you’ll probably spend hours and hours exploring Skyrim, doing quests, but it’s what’s fun about this game. It’s an exciting task for sure, and you’ll love the adventure it brings to the table. You’ll love Skyrim Legendary Edition if you’re a fan of the Elder Scrolls games. But you’ll also love Skyrim Legendary Edition if you’re not. And of course, don’t forget about the mods.
