Warhammer: Vermintide 2 is a sequel. But a sequel that’s entertaining, fun and engaging? Not to mention a sequel that will make the non-fans of Warhammer squeal with delight. Well, it’s possible, and Fitshark knows that.
Warhammer: Vermintide 2 Is A Sequel For The Ages?
Well, it is. But there are several reasons for that actually. First and foremost, the visuals are breathtaking and clearly one of the game’s finest selling points. Next, the apocalyptic vibe gets a pretty nice dewli, so it blends well with the overall tone of the game. But in terms of the plot, the game is set in the Warhammer Fantasy universe during the early days of the End Times. Furthermore, follows the Heroes of Ubersreik, from the first game against the Skaven hordes of Clan Fester. And of course their new allies, the Rotbloods.
Start Slow And Enjoy It
However, if you’re a rookie to the Warhammer universe it’s best to start low and slow. Meaning makes the set up on the easiest difficulty setting, just to get the hang of it. However, you don’t even have to be a fan of the genre itself to enjoy Warhammer: Vermintide 2. Nor being a fan of the original game is a requirement. However, if you’ve played the previous game you’ll notice some key improvements in the sequel.
First and foremost more characters actually do have abilities. Next, there’s plenty of more content, including a lot more modes. Which are always fun. But you’ll be drawn to the combat in this game, and the combat it’s what makes it so cool. There are plenty of attacks, blocking, dodging and pushing involved. So, yeah, there’s plenty of action for those who call for it.
But Warhammer: Vermintide 2 is fun and challenging at the same time. A fantastic hack’n’slash that you can enjoy alone, but it’s best to enjoy it with your friends. Killing enemies is always fun. And of course, we do have it available for purchase here at IndieGala. Just click here. And as for the rest of the Warhammer games… They’re all available here.
