BioShock Infinite Steam

BioShock Infinite (available on Steam) is not a direct sequel/prequel to any of the previous BioShock games, but it does have some similarities. Such as the features, gameplay, and even concept. Especially with the previous games in the series.

More Fun In Infinite

Unlike the previous Bioshock Steam games, BioShock Infinite has the expanded the environment of Columbia. And that bigger environment provides for more dynamic combat challenges for the player for sure. But precisely that makes it a true must-play game for any hard-core gamer. Or just a casual gamer in general.

However, this is a game that’s run mostly on a story. Indeed, the story is what drives the game. And frankly, it’s what makes the whole experience enjoyable. Why? Because the story is a damn masterpiece. It truly is. Sure the fantastic graphics do help, but the story is where they’ll get you. And they’ll grab you. Oh, and they won’t let go. Maybe you’re going to be left with a broken heart at the end, but hey… At least you’re enjoying yourself until then. I can’t give too much away thou without threading into spoiler territory.

But it’s a satisfactory end for a first-person shooter. Nonetheless, the characters are impressive as well. Especially Booker Dewitt. You’re going to love the complex, layered man with plenty of flaws, despite its initial simplistic outlook. But that’s what’s so interesting about him.

Great story-line, intriguing characters and great mechanics. Not to mention, the music is exceptionally good. And so is the pacing and the atmosphere. You’ll be glued to the seat the entire time. What else would you ask for?
