Let’s face it. The World Cup in Qatar is just a year away (give or take a few months). But the football fans are eagerly awaiting it for sure. Heck, the qualifiers are already underway. In addition to everything else, Qatar 2022 will be played in the middle of winter. So all of the leagues (especially the top 5 football leagues in Europe) will come to a screeching halt for one month in 2022. It would be fun to see players from Premiere League for instance, going from the freezing cold weather conditions… To the rather warm climate in the Arabian Peninsula. Don’t you think?
